11 free parking spaces and he still couldn’t park while he waited for his wife to pick something up from Sugar Mamas. Never mind the fact he was blocking the blue zone parking spot while he was at it.
I’m sure no one actually wanted or needed to park IN the parking lot. Or leave for that matter.

It’s hard to see but the centre vehicle is blocking a “NO parking NO stopping” sign, causing a stupid dangerous chain reaction!
